In the Customer Operations area, we shape the individual experiences of our customers in the event of damage and claims. They are at the centre of our attention and together with them we find the right solution. This way, with our customer-first mentality, we ensure the highest customer satisfaction.

What to expect

* In this position, you assess damage to motor vehicles both on screen and on site and prepare comprehensive technical damage reports
* You conduct negotiations with customers as well as repair technicians to achieve optimal solutions
* You analyse coverage questions from a technical perspective and make well-founded decisions
* In addition, you determine the current values of passenger cars, trucks, motorcycles, agricultural vehicles and equipment, as well as young- and old-timers
* By re-inspecting repaired vehicles and checking invoices, you ensure the quality and performance of our services
* You actively expand your internal and external network and maintain it through regular exchange and collaboration
* With your proactive attitude, you contribute to the continuous improvement and further development of our business processes

What you bring

* You have training as an automotive mechatronics technician or car body mechanic EFZ as well as further training as an automotive diagnostician or workshop coordinator
* You bring several years of practical professional experience in customer service, as a workshop manager or operations manager
* You are proficient in German, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage
* Your strengths lie in a pronounced service awareness and strong communication skills
* You have sound knowledge of common IT tools and use them efficiently
* You are characterised by flexibility, independence and good organisational skills
* You are a committed and motivated personality with a pronounced entrepreneurial mindset
* You reside in the main area of activity
