To strengthen our team in St. Gallen, we are looking for a Construction Manager.

Your tasks

Comprehensive management of projects up to turnkey handover
Management of building construction projects, site management and coordination of construction sites as well as leadership of planners and contractors involved in the construction
Tendering, awarding and monitoring of subcontractor services including cost, schedule and quality control as well as billing and post-calculation
Negotiation and awarding of partial services
Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, standards and approval conditions

Your profile

Completed training as a certified construction manager HF, architect FH, building draughtsperson or comparable qualification
Experience in construction management and professional experience in handling larger building construction projects
Strong entrepreneurial thinking and independent action
Professionalism, assertiveness and a respectful approach to team colleagues, partners and customers
