For our Social Insurance & Absences department, we are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person who wants to take responsibility with us as a team for the correct processing of absences and payment of daily allowances. Together, we stand for fair absence management.
Your main tasks:
- Correct recording, processing, and checking of absences with UKA Solution from HRM Systems in comparison with the internal time tracking system Time@ISS
- Control of incoming daily allowances in the UVG area
- Registration of EO benefits as well as control and recording of daily allowances
- Monthly processing of KTG and UVG daily allowances in UKA Solution to prepare for payroll
- Coordination of daily allowances, IV benefits, and pension fund pensions
- General correspondence and case clarifications with insurance companies
- Contact person for internal Case Management and the People & Culture department on all social insurance topics
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience in social insurance or payroll
- Further training in social insurance/payroll or qualification as an HR specialist
- Networked thinking, initiative, and careful working style
- Knowledge of UKA Solution and confident use of MS Office
- Fluent German and French skills, Italian skills are an advantage
