Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH Psychosocial Home Care

• You support people in psychosocial crises and psychological upheavals in achieving their personal recovery goals
• You take responsibility for the entire nursing process of your clients
• You coordinate collaboration with relatives, doctors, therapists and other network partners
• You work on fixed working days and largely plan your workday independently and family-friendly
• You travel to your clients in Wil or Wilen by car or bike
• You participate in weekly case discussions/team meetings and intervisions

• You have a qualification as a nursing specialist HF or a Bachelor in Nursing
• You are an organisational talent, reliable and responsible
• Your social and methodological skills are above average
• You enjoy working independently and at the same time genuine teamwork
• You have at least two years of professional experience in psychiatric nursing
• You are creative and willing to explore new paths
