As Head of Spare Parts Management, you will take on a key role in our company. You ensure that spare parts are in the right place at the right time and that customer enquiries, orders, material flows, and internal processes mesh smoothly.
The focus of this role is on managing and further developing processes, confidently handling ERP systems, and professionally coordinating between customers, service, suppliers, and warehouse. You bring structure to complex workflows, think holistically, and actively drive improvements forward.

These are your tasks
- Professional leadership and support of a small team in spare parts management
- Coordination, monitoring, and processing of spare parts orders in the ERP system
- Competent telephone advice and support for customers
- Ensuring clean and customer-oriented order processing
- Responsibility for the entire spare parts sector from procurement to delivery
- Analysing, optimising, and standardising processes in spare parts management
- Further developing ERP processes, master data, and digital workflows
- Shaping and supporting digitalisation projects in the warehouse and spare parts area
- Central contact person for customers, suppliers, and internal departments
What you bring with you
- Technical, logistical, or commercial basic training with further education or solid practical experience in process management, ERP systems, or warehouse logistics
- Several years of experience in coordinating operational workflows, orders, material flows, or ERP-supported warehouse and service processes
- Very good ERP and MS Office skills, ideally Opacc
- Experience in introducing, optimising, or further developing digital tools and processes
- Enjoyment of customer contact, telephone communication, and administrative processes
- Experience in structured analysis, standardisation, and documentation of processes
- Organisational talent with analytical skills and a pragmatic, can-do attitude
