Automation Technician Service – Plant and Application Technology

Activities

First point of contact for plant and application technology customer enquiries
Error diagnosis and problem solving via telephone as well as through evaluation of machine data
Handling of service orders from cost estimate to invoicing
Coordination of extended diagnostics with internal specialist departments
Planning, organisation and execution of service assignments

Requirements

Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, automation technician or comparable qualification
Methodical and analytical approach to error analysis and rectification
Confident German and English skills, both spoken and written
Willingness to travel occasionally domestically and abroad, especially within Europe
Good knowledge of PC applications, especially the Office suite
