Automation Technician Service - Plant and Application Technology

• First point of contact for plant and application technology customer enquiries
• Error diagnosis and problem solving via telephone as well as through evaluation of machine data
• Handling of service orders from cost estimate to invoicing
• Coordination of extended diagnostics with internal specialist departments
• Planning, organisation and execution of service assignments

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, automation technician or comparable qualification
• Methodical and analytical approach to error analysis and rectification
• Confident German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel occasionally domestically and abroad, especially within Europe
• Good knowledge of PC applications, especially the Office suite
