Project Manager Networks (Heating and Water Supply)
80% - 100%
To ensure the rapid expansion of the heating network, the areas of energy, water and heating will be spun off into an independent public limited company at the beginning of 2027. This company will concentrate the supply of properties with heating, water and electricity. The advertised position offers a unique opportunity to support the future company in a responsible role during its development and to significantly shape the heating business field in particular.
- Management of projects for network expansion across all SIA phases in collaboration with external planning and execution companies (client representation)
- Conducting customer and acquisition discussions and preparing offers
- Obtaining and evaluating offers from suppliers
- Coordination of tenders according to public procurement law
- Communication and participation in events for the public
- Preparation of applications to the management
- Conducting project controlling and risk management
- Several years of experience in managing projects in civil engineering and network construction (especially heating networks) in public areas
- Training as a civil engineer
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Enjoyment of complex issues in collaboration with customers and other stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and cost awareness
- Knowledge of public procurement law
- Confident and friendly demeanour
