• Application of SIGNAVIO to manage and support process optimization
• Design and model current procedures, processes, process landscapes, and process profiles
• Assist in standardizing templates and processes into the new system
• Manage and optimize management documents in SharePoint and SIGNAVIO
• Support in introducing new tools
• Assists with the activities of the QEHS&S and SCM departments

• Academic background (completed training) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
• Exposure to process mapping or workflow analysis in academic projects or internships- Knowledge and experience in process modeling and optimization and familiarity with tools like Camunda Modeler, Signavio, Bizagi, Visio, or others
• Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies (a plus)
• Fluent in speaking and writing German and English (both levels B2↔C1)
• Teamwork, strong communication skills and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Ability to interpret process data and identify inefficiencies
