You can expect short decision-making paths, direct exchange with those responsible, and projects where quality and cost-effectiveness matter.
To strengthen the project team, we are looking for a committed individual as
Project Manager Real Estate / Client Representation
Your task: turning ideas into successful real estate projects
You represent the interests of the client in new builds, conversions, and renovations. Together with internal and external project partners, you develop viable solutions, prepare decisions, and keep costs, deadlines, and quality on track.
Do you already have experience on the client side? Here you can apply it with a great deal of personal responsibility. Do you want to move from an architecture, planning, construction management, general contractor, or technical planning company? Your experience is a valuable foundation for this next step.
Your areas of responsibility
- Accompanying and managing real estate projects from development through planning to realisation
- Participation in feasibility studies, usage concepts, and project strategies
- Defining project goals and preparing decisions for the ownership
- Selecting, commissioning, and coordinating architecture and specialist planning teams as well as other project partners
- Accompanying tenders, awards, and contract negotiations
- Assessing plans, offers, and change requests as well as identifying optimisation opportunities
- Monitoring costs, deadlines, and quality and early identification of project risks

- Accompanying inspections, handovers, and project completions
What you bring
- Training or studies in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, real estate, or a comparable professional background
- Experience in project management, site management, planning, realisation, project development, or client representation
- Familiarity with Swiss planning and construction processes
- A confident eye for costs, deadlines, and quality
- Enjoyment in coordinating different stakeholders and finding solutions together
- An independent working style, economic understanding, and willingness to take responsibility
- Good German skills and the ability to represent concerns clearly and convincingly
You do not need to have already performed all tasks on the client side. What matters is your previous project experience, your understanding of the interaction of the parties involved, and your motivation to develop further in this direction.
What you can look forward to
- Versatile residential and commercial projects that you actively help shape
- Insights and influence already in early project phases
- Responsibility beyond individual planning or construction phases
- Direct collaboration with owners, investors, and decision-makers
- Scope for your ideas and expertise
- Short decision-making paths and a pragmatic corporate culture
- An experienced, collegial team and a professional environment
- Modern working conditions in the city of Zurich and a workload of 80–100%
- An annual salary of CHF 120,000–150,000 and long-term development opportunities
