For our client – an established industrial company in the Biel region, specialised in technical services and maintenance in the mobility sector – we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed personality as Dispatcher Technical Customer Service (80–100 %) with development potential towards project management.
Job profile
- You plan and coordinate workshop and field service assignments in the area of technical customer service for rail vehicles.
- You record and manage customer orders from A to Z, including billing.
- You act as the central interface between workshop, logistics, customer service and internal specialist departments.
- You monitor deadlines and resources of technical projects.
- You take on administrative tasks (planning and control, workshop documents, documentation, controlling).
- You represent team members within dispatch and support adjacent areas such as parts logistics.
Your profile
Completed technical basic training (e.g. automation technician, polymechanic, mechatronics technician).
Additional training in commercial or business administration (e.g. technical clerk, higher vocational school, technical school).
Experience in dispatch, maintenance or project coordination is an advantage.
Organisational talent, structured working method and quality awareness.
Communicative, solution-oriented personality with team spirit.
Very good German skills; French is a plus.
Driving licence category B required.
