Finance and Controlling Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Psychiatric treatment requires competence, empathy and a solid foundation. Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced professional in the field of finance and controlling. In this versatile role, you will take on a central position in operational accounting, reporting and the further development of financial and medical controlling. You combine operational financial skills with analytical thinking and create reliable decision-making bases for various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
You manage the operational accounting according to the specifications of REKOLE and ensure the correct representation of internal and external requirements
You prepare recurring internal and external reportings, process statistical data and provide relevant key figures in an understandable manner
You further develop the financial and medical controlling and prepare well-founded ad hoc analyses
You participate in quarterly and annual financial statements and support ICS processes
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting, controlling or business administration or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of professional experience
You have very good Excel skills as well as an affinity for ERP, reporting and financial systems
Knowledge of REKOLE and experience in healthcare are advantageous
Fluent German language skills are required
