Your area of responsibility
Your motto is to get things done: You are significantly responsible for making HGC the first address in the field of building envelope & wood. To achieve this, you have great freedom of action, which you know how to use as an industry expert and doer. Competent and motivated colleagues in internal sales and category management work together with you to develop the best solutions for our demanding customers in the bilingual region of Biel and Bernese Jura. You maintain and expand your network, make work easy and efficient for existing customers, and win new customers through innovative solutions. In addition to your expertise, the dynamism of HGC helps you to offer real added value. Of course, the most modern tools are available to you to achieve your goals.
Your profile
If trust, change and responsibility are important to you personally and you want to further develop the construction industry, then you share key values with HGC. You enjoy celebrating successes and convince others through your personality, competence and integrity. You can successfully develop and implement sales strategies and are now looking for a new exciting challenge in a doer environment. Ideally, you have completed training as a carpenter, joiner or roofer with corresponding professional experience and can already demonstrate several years of sales experience. Communication in German and French comes easily to you. Good PC user skills (MS Office, ERP, CRM) are a matter of course for you. Living in the sales region is a great advantage.
