Tasks

• You competently and empathetically support, care for and look after our residents.
• You take on demanding nursing tasks and medical-technical activities according to your competencies.
• You report observations clearly and document fully and promptly.
• You help actively shape the daily lives of our residents and promote their resources.
• You accompany trainees together with the main professional trainers and the person responsible for training.

Profile

• Empathetic personality with joy in working with older people
• Team-oriented, responsible and reliable – with an independent working style and overview even in lively moments
• Training as a Health Specialist EFZ with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• IT affinity, ideally knowledge of EasyDok
