Your Tasks
- Contact person for the assigned agencies and clients
- Independent handling of administrative tasks and communication with media, advertising agencies and end customers
- Preparation of offers, mailings and monitoring of deadlines
- Data maintenance in the internal reservation and booking system as well as in the CRM
- Ensuring the flow of information within the department
- Support of Key Account Management in day-to-day business
You Bring
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
- Good user knowledge of common MS Office programmes
- Communicative and sociable personality
- Independence, flexibility and proactive thinking
- Very good German and English skills
