Job summary

Tasks
- Du führst Instandhaltungsarbeiten in dezentralen Liegenschaften durch.
- Sicherstellung der Funktionalität und Sicherheit der Gebäude.
- Unterstützung des täglichen Schulbetriebs als Teil des Hausdienstteams.
Skills
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ und Führerausweis Kategorie B.
- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
- Freundliches Auftreten und Flexibilität in der Arbeit.

As a member of the building services team, you are responsible for carrying out maintenance work on and in the decentralised properties. You ensure the functionality and safety of the properties and support the daily school operations. A driving licence of at least category B is absolutely necessary due to the properties to be managed spread throughout the village.
You bring with you
• Completed vocational training as a Facility Management Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Driving licence category B
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German as well as solid IT knowledge
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and disruptions appropriately according to the situation
• Friendly, respectful and professional demeanour towards children, parents, staff and external partners
• Reliability, resilience and flexibility
• Willingness to work occasionally outside regular opening hours
