(Senior) Sales Calculator / Pricing Manager Cleaning (IGM)

What you can achieve with us.

• You manage complex offer and tender processes from inquiry to contract signing.
• You analyse tender documents and coordinate the entire offer process with Sales, Operations, and specialists.
• You develop offer and pricing strategies for maintenance, specialised, and infrastructural cleaning services.
• You perform overall and partial calculations in the field of infrastructural facility management (IGM).
• You prepare area, personnel, and performance calculations for demanding client mandates.
• You create professional offer and client presentations and accompany client meetings.
• You ensure the quality and timely submission of all offer documents.
• You optimise processes, templates, and digital tools and specifically use modern AI solutions to increase efficiency.

What defines you.

• Completed training or further education in facility management, building cleaning, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in the calculation of cleaning and facility services.
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructural facility management (IGM), especially in maintenance and specialised cleaning.
• Experience with specifications, tenders, and area calculations. Strong numerical understanding as well as a structured and analytical working style.
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM, CAFM, and AI tools is an advantage.
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills. French skills are an advantage.
