Within portfolio management, we provide comprehensive services for Swiss and international real estate investments in the sense of direct owner representation of clients. The diverse tasks are carried out by a highly specialised team for our institutional clients.

To ensure ongoing portfolio management and further growth, we are seeking an experienced individual as Asset Manager in Real Estate (80 - 100%).

Asset Manager in Real Estate (80 - 100%)

Your tasks:

• Key account management for a Swiss pension fund

• holistic management of directly held real estate investments in Switzerland, focusing on Northwestern Switzerland and the Lake Geneva region

• monitoring and coordinating construction and development projects

Your profile:

• degree in finance or real estate management

• initial professional experience in a comparable role or related fields

• knowledge of tenancy, construction, and planning law

• committed personality who handles deadlines and stressful situations well

• communicative skills that are effectively applied in negotiation situations with important business partners

• good or improvable French language skills
