About the job
Health Specialist (40-100%)
The Zug Elderly Care Foundation stands for quality of life, safety and security in old age. As a private law organisation, we operate the three centres Frauensteinmatt, Herti and Neustadt. We see ourselves not only as a reliable partner but also as a centre of expertise for living and care in old age. Every day we strive to ensure that senior citizens can shape their everyday lives as independently, actively and joyfully as possible.
Good care and support begins with the people who make it possible.
That is why our employees are particularly important to us. We want them to develop their strengths, advance professionally and personally, and actively shape their future. We specifically support training and further education and create diverse development opportunities within our 3 centres. Careful induction, regular further training and open professional exchange are just as much a part of this for us as attractive employment conditions.
Together instead of side by side: Our working day is characterised by fairness, mutual respect and trust. Our leadership culture is both supportive and demanding – we give space for personal responsibility but also expect commitment and reliability. Our principles for leadership and collaboration are therefore not just words on paper. They are part of our daily interaction and form the basis for a working culture in which people can grow, take responsibility and achieve something together. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Health Specialist (40-100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.
