The Zug Elderly Care Foundation stands for quality of life, safety and security in old age. As a private law organisation, we operate the three centres Frauensteinmatt, Herti and Neustadt. Your tasks

• You care for and support our residents professionally, empathetically and resource-oriented
• You contribute to a high quality of care and support
• You take on tasks in the care process and work closely with the responsible nursing professionals
• You accompany trainees and new employees – your knowledge helps us progress
• You take on daily responsibility when a qualified house supervisor is present

Your profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage
• High social competence, empathy and ability to work in a team
• Sense of responsibility and reliability
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
