Your Team:
As an intern, you support the MAIT Task Manager team in the operational and administrative handling of production-related projects. In doing so, you gain comprehensive insight into project-based manufacturing processes and industrial workflows.
Your Mission:
- Support in the introduction and implementation of the new ERP system SAP S/4HANA
- Participation in the planning, documentation, and implementation of work plans as well as in the structured preparation of the associated documentation
- Collaboration in the definition, implementation, and tracking of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to sustainably improve product quality
- Support in the timely, cost-effective, and progress-oriented planning, control, and monitoring of ongoing projects
- Participation in the collection, evaluation, and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Support in project cleanup, final documentation, and formal handover for project closure
Your Background:
- Enrolled in BSc, MSc, or with a degree obtained no more than one year ago in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business processes, production technology, project management, or comparable fields
- Interest in industrial production processes and project-based manufacturing
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Fluent German skills / English skills at a communicative level (company language)
- Analytical and structured working style
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
