Clerk in Scheduling with Leadership Responsibility 100%
Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the delivery and installation of kitchens
- Coordination and scheduling of installation appointments
- Handling complaints and customer concerns
- Execution and monitoring of kitchen orders
- Checking order confirmations, tenders and contracts for work
- Preparation of installation plans
- Preparation of invoices as well as billing control
- Responsibility for the vehicle fleet and damage cases
- Supervisor of our kitchen installation team
- Deputy for furniture scheduling
Your profile:
- Completed training in commercial or manual field (ideally carpenter/kitchen sector)
- Experience in scheduling, ideally in the kitchen or furniture sector
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Good organisational skills and technical understanding
- Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
