For our Private Banking Team Austria at the Vaduz (FL) location, we are looking for a committed and trustworthy personality as Assistant Relationship Management to support our team in serving a demanding private clientele.
Your tasks:
Proactive and efficient support of the team leader and relationship managers in daily business as well as in advising and caring for our demanding clients
Taking over organizational and administrative tasks in the sense of comprehensive office management (correspondence, documentation, agenda management, compliance tasks, etc.)
Independent preparation and follow-up of customer and acquisition appointments including obtaining relevant information
Monitoring customer portfolios regarding maturities and open items, preparing account openings as well as supporting liquidity management
Independent order acceptance and processing in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives, and payment transactions
Collaboration in organizing and preparing customer events (e.g., invitation process) in cooperation with marketing as well as selective participation in representative events together with the client advisors
For this responsible position, you bring the following:
Completed banking training or commercial basic training with several years of practical experience in private customer business
Good understanding of developments and contexts in the European markets, especially in Germany
Experience in servicing private banking clients is an advantage
Confident handling of regulatory requirements (MiFID, KYC, AML, etc.) as well as knowledge of cross-border rules
Committed, proactive personality with high initiative, pronounced customer orientation and service readiness as well as a high standard of quality and reliability
Empathetic demeanor, polished manners, and very good communication skills
Structured, precise, and efficient working style as well as a high degree of independence
Confident communication in German as well as good English skills
