Role:

The traditional, internationally active Swiss industrial company specialises in the development and manufacture of innovative pump, flow, and process technologies. The range of services includes energy-efficient pump systems, stirring and mixing technologies, solutions for material separation and purification, as well as comprehensive maintenance and servicing. Responsibilities:

• You lead and coordinate all HR operations processes in Switzerland and act as a competent HR contact for management.

• From personnel administration to permits and social security, you ensure the smooth handling of all employee processes.

• You independently take responsibility for payroll runs, including deductions, variable salary components, absences, and year-end tasks.

• You ensure data quality and system integrity and provide reliable HR analyses and reporting.

• In salary and performance reviews, audits, and digitalisation projects, you work closely with finance and external payroll partners.

Qualifications:

• A higher education in HR, business administration, or a related field forms your professional foundation.

• You bring solid practical experience in Swiss personnel administration and payroll accounting.

• You are well versed in Swiss labour, social security, and tax law and apply it confidently.

• You are proficient in using HR systems, payroll providers, and MS Office.

• Very good language skills in German and English enable you to communicate confidently with different stakeholders.
