Working Student Facility Management 20 - 50 %
Your passion
Properties & Maintenance: You support the care and maintenance of our properties and help ensure that our buildings and facilities are managed efficiently and sustainably.
Renovation projects: You actively participate in ongoing renovation projects. You assist with planning, coordination, documentation and implementation of individual project tasks and collaborate with internal and external partners.
Developing concepts: You develop and update cleaning, disposal, safety and nutrition concepts. You analyse existing processes and develop practical and sustainable solutions.
Your profile
Education: You are studying at a university or university of applied sciences – ideally in the fields of facility management, real estate, construction, architecture, business administration or a comparable discipline.
Working style: You work in a structured, responsible and independent manner. You enjoy developing concepts, supporting projects and further developing processes.
Personality: You are committed, reliable and enjoy working in a team. Initiative, organisational talent and a solution-oriented mindset characterise you.
IT skills: You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and quickly familiarise yourself with new programmes.
Working days: Regardless of the agreed workload (20 – 50%), fixed attendance is required on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays.
