About the job
Your contribution to a modern financial sector:
- Strategic consulting: You support our clients with institution-wide questions in risk management and controlling – from risk identification through measurement to effective control. In doing so, you become an important contact person for risk-related issues and actively shape our clients' risk management.
- Data-driven analyses and modelling: You design and create analyses and models on various risk topics – e.g. ESG risks, RWA drivers or scenario analyses – and translate complex risk and control issues into transparent decision-making bases for management.
- Responsibility and project work: You actively work in interdisciplinary project teams and take responsibility for your own work packages. In close cooperation with experienced colleagues and our clients, you drive projects forward and develop future-proof solutions.
- Result preparation and presentation: You make complex content understandable, prepare your results appropriately for the target audience and present them to our international clients from the financial sector.
- Knowledge building and transfer: You continuously expand your expertise in the banking and risk management environment, develop innovative solutions within the team and contribute to studies, specialist articles and internal publications.
Your skills:
- Successful university degree (mathematics, natural sciences, e.g. physics, or economics, e.g. economics, business administration or business informatics).
Understanding and interest in the financial sector as well as current challenges in banking (e.g. AI and digitalisation) and regulatory know-how. - Enjoyment of analytical activities as well as translating your results in a structured way into concrete recommendations for management.
- Confident handling of consulting tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with programming and data analysis tools (e.g. Python, R, SQL, VBA) as well as visualisation and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
- Very good German skills (at least C1 level, business fluent) as well as good English skills (at least B2 level, fluent) in spoken and written form. #LI-LARA #LI-hybrid
