Do you want to actively shape the future of our Spitex and specifically contribute your leadership experience? As Head of the Spitex Department, you take on a central leadership role and develop the outpatient care of the KZU together with your team. With strategic thinking, professional expertise and new ideas, you make an important contribution to high-quality and future-oriented care in the Zurich Unterland.

Immediate start or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Overall management of the Spitex organisation with three locations
• Direct leadership of the management personnel as well as the administrative team
• Ensuring and further developing the quality of care
• Financial and budget responsibility including cost control
• Leading strategic projects to further develop Spitex services

Your profile

• Training in healthcare (e.g. certified nursing professional HF/FH) with business management further education
• Several years of leadership experience in the Spitex sector
• Strong leadership and social skills
• Good IT knowledge (MS Office, Perigon)
• Driving licence category B
