• You actively implement guidelines for product presentation, decoration and current promotional measures
• You pitch in with the daily business yourself – whether replenishing goods, stacking shoe boxes or ensuring a tidy sales area – you never lose sight of the big picture
• You find the right shoe for every person – because you listen, ask questions and genuinely enjoy contact with people

• Completed training in retail and solid sales experience – preferably in the shoe industry or a comparable, service-oriented environment
• You are a leader personality – even if you have not yet gained practical leadership experience in professional life. What matters to us is that you inspire your team, lead by example and bring potential for further development
• You have a good sense of your customers’ needs and convince with your friendly and professional manner
• With your sales talent and service orientation, you contribute to a positive shopping experience
• You like to take responsibility, think ahead and act independently and solution-oriented
