For our Residenz Stadtpark in Uster, we are looking for a Health Care Specialist (FaGe) 80 - 100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
The Residenz Stadtpark is a residence of the Atlas Foundation. It was built according to the plans of EM2N. The residence is located in the centre of Uster, directly by the city park. It has 81 apartments and a care department with 24 single rooms.

Your area of responsibility

• Co-responsibility for needs- and situation-appropriate care and support of the residents
• Recording the needs of the assigned residents and planning the resources
• Informing, instructing and supporting the residents and their relatives
• Documentation of care and support services, recording of services and materials as well as execution of medical prescriptions
• Recording and forwarding important information and incidents

You bring with you

• Completed vocational training as a Health Care Specialist EFZ
• Ideally professional experience and further training in long-term care
