• Administrative support of our employees and managers throughout the entire HR life cycle
• Independent and precise recording and maintenance of all personnel changes in Microsoft D365
• Creation and management of all HR correspondence (entries, exits, changes, confirmations, etc.)
• Ensuring smooth cooperation with payroll
• Support with withholding tax, social security and other statutory declarations
• Contact person for authorities, compensation offices and insurance companies
• Participation in the optimisation and further development of administrative HR processes
• Close cooperation within the People & Culture team

Your profile – digital, precise and experienced

• Completed commercial basic training as well as further training in the HR field
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR operations or HR administration function
• Ideally experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of Swiss labour, social security and withholding tax law
• High IT affinity and proficient handling of HR systems
• Structured, precise and independent working style
• Strong service orientation as well as high discretion and trustworthiness
• Quick comprehension and networked thinking
• Team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
