Your tasks - versatile and responsible
- Administrative support of our employees and managers throughout the entire HR life cycle
- Independent and precise recording and maintenance of all personnel changes in Microsoft D365
- Creation and management of all HR correspondence (entries, exits, changes, confirmations, etc.)
- Ensuring smooth cooperation with payroll
- Support with withholding tax, social security and other statutory declarations
- Contact person for authorities, compensation offices and insurance companies
- Participation in the optimisation and further development of administrative HR processes
- Close cooperation within the People & Culture team
Your profile – digital, precise and experienced
- Completed commercial basic training as well as further training in the HR field
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR operations or HR administration function
- Ideally experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour, social security and withholding tax law
- High IT affinity and proficient handling of HR systems
- Structured, precise and independent working style
- Strong service orientation as well as high discretion and trustworthiness
- Quick comprehension and networked thinking
- Team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
