For Sika Manufacturing AG in Sarnen, we are looking for a skilled person who, as part of the maintenance team, carries out repairs, maintenance work, overhauls, and troubleshooting. You will also be involved in improvements, projects, and conversions both internally and with external specialist partners. Occupational safety is always the top priority.

• Perform periodic overhaul, repair, and maintenance work using the maintenance system as well as troubleshooting
• Participate in spare parts inventory and optimisation of stock management
• Support the training of apprentice polymechanics
• Organise and supervise periodic inspections of operating equipment
• Be on call for emergency service for production in 3- and 4-shift operations

• Completed vocational training in the mechanical field
• Several years of practical experience in industry / craft
• Native German language skills (C2) in spoken and written form
• User knowledge in handling Office tools
