Your area of responsibility

• Leadership and development of the additional electrical team
• Technical overall responsibility for the specialist area
• Financial management at team level
• Personnel management at team level
• Smooth running of day-to-day business
• Resource planning and team utilisation
• Order acquisition and customer care
• Part of the operational management of Enertech AG

Your qualifications

• Federal diploma as an electrical installer or university degree with acquired expertise according to Art. 8 NIV
• Several years of experience in project management and successful implementation of electrical and building technology projects
• Proven leadership skills in developing high-performance teams
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment in actively shaping change and helping to shape the future of Enertech AG
