Your area of responsibility:

• Comprehensive care and support of clients in their homes
• Implementation of treatment and basic nursing measures
• Independent planning and documentation of care
• Collaboration with relatives and interdisciplinary professionals
• Contributing to a high quality of care

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or certified Nursing Specialist HF
• Enjoyment of a responsible and independent role
• Empathetic, reliable and team-oriented personality
• Category B driving licence advantageous
