The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support. Our services include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialised departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. We offer you a position at our tilia Köniz location from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement as
- process-oriented care and support of our residents during the night
- professional management of the care process
- taking on house responsibility
- task planning during the night
- coordination with care assistant personnel
- enjoyment of the nursing profession in long-term care and working at night
- Certified Nurse HF or equivalent qualification
- very good German skills (spoken and written)
- responsible, interdisciplinary thinking and decisive personality with a high quality mindset
- versatile tasks in a well-coordinated and open-minded team
