The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support. Our services include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialised departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. Your task
- Taking over house responsibility after the induction period
- Designing the nursing process and working in direct care across several residential areas (including a protected residential area for people with dementia)
- Planning tasks during the night
- Coordination with nursing assistants
Your profile
- Passion for long-term care and enjoyment in shaping development processes
- Diploma as a Registered Nurse HF/FH or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Sense of responsibility, team-oriented thinking, initiative, and high quality standards
