About the job
In this diverse job
- you operate our telephone switchboard, perform general secretarial tasks, handle email enquiries and attend to customer concerns
- you manage the event calendars of the radios as well as their online platforms for smaller events
- you are responsible for internal mail, office supply orders and general typing tasks
- you coordinate the Eviva Zytig, published twice a year, and assist with the planning and execution of the Eviva member weeks
- you are responsible for member administration and post donations and membership fees in Sage
- you schedule and invoice orders and coordinate our freelance contributors
- you support the supervision of our KV apprentices and take on further organisational tasks within the team
You will succeed here if
- you have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- you have very good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as solid MS Office knowledge
- you are an open, cheerful and service-oriented personality and have an interest in the media world
- you work precisely, structured and organised and keep an overview even in hectic situations
- you have a quick grasp and tackle new tasks independently and reliably
- initiative, a sense of responsibility and independent working are natural to you
