About the job
Working days: Monday to Friday – flexible during office hours
What to expect
- You care for and support psychiatric clients at home
- You take on case management and care organisation for your clients
- You design the care process together with the clients in a resource-oriented manner from A to Z
- You work closely with the environment as well as with an extended network (doctors, institutions, psychiatry)
What you bring
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH, specialising in psychiatry
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Empathy, mindfulness and authenticity in dealing with clients
- Flexibility in work organisation
- Driving licence category B
