Your tasks with the new employer

• Professionally accompany patients through different phases of their psychiatric treatment and create a sustainable therapeutic relationship
• Take responsibility in the nursing process and tailor nursing measures individually to the current situation of the patients
• Observe psychological and physical changes, recognise challenging situations early, and initiate appropriate nursing measures
• Work closely with doctors, psychologists, therapists, and other professionals in the interprofessional treatment team

What you bring with you

• Diploma as a HF/FH Nurse or an equivalent SRK recognition
• Interest in psychiatric nursing and professional relationship work
• Ability to act calmly, reflectively, and responsibly even in demanding situations
• Openness to different clinical pictures, life stories, and interprofessional collaboration
