Job Description

• Reception of customers and first point of contact for the telephone switchboard.
• Electronic recording of samples in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
• Triaging incoming messages to the correct departments – telephone switchboard

The work shifts are in the mornings from Monday to Friday

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed a vocational qualification in the commercial sector or have professional experience in administration/catering
• Career changers are also warmly welcome
• You have good French or English and business fluent German in spoken and written form
• You are an absolute team player who wants to contribute with a high level of responsibility and personal commitment
• You possess very good communication skills and organisational talent
• You are characterised by a goal-oriented and independent way of working
