Polymechanic – Maintenance for an Interesting Permanent Position

Activities

Identify malfunctions and specifically initiate improvement measures
Carry out maintenance work independently
Plan and operationally implement test series
Deepen plant and process knowledge among operators and support teams

Requirements

Completed training as a polymechanic or automation technician
Several years of experience in maintenance
Solid knowledge of Lean Management and TPM methods
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence
Willingness to work in a two-shift system
