Team Leader High-Speed Packaging Line

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for packaging the finished products according to applicable procedures, processes, and regulations following cGMP
• Technical, organizational, and personnel leadership of the production staff to maintain a safe and efficient production environment
• Ensure that the requirements regarding safety, quality, reliability, and costs are met in your area
• Monitor the production process and intervene promptly in case of problems
• Participate in shift handovers and lead daily Tier 1 meetings
• Coordinate activities with other departments (e.g., Maintenance, Engineering, Quality Assurance)
• Review and finalize batch records
• Continuously improve processes by analyzing process data and initiating appropriate measures

Qualifications:

• Completed technical/scientific studies or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field (e.g., pharma, chemistry, food, cosmetics)
• Excellent knowledge of cGMPs and production processes in an FDA-regulated industry
• Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for complex, highly automated production systems. Experience with Schubert packaging machines is an advantage
• Proven problem-solving skills, creativity, time management, and prioritization
• Very good German skills (spoken & written), good English skills are an advantage
• Good PC skills (MS Office, SAP, MES)
• At least 1 to 3 years of leadership experience
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry
• Willingness to work shifts (5:00 am - 10:00 pm, occasional night shift support) and flexible work assignments
• Willingness for occasional on-call duty (about 1 week every two months)
