Your tasks
According to your needs and level of training, you have the opportunity to complete the internship in the areas of kitchen, service, reception, or back office/HR and management.
You will work in one or more of our diverse establishments and get the chance to gain insight into a variety of concepts. Based on your prior knowledge and interests, you will rotate between the cozy pizzeria, well-known traditional houses, the Asian trend restaurant, or the elegant Gault Millau castle.
Your profile
You bring enthusiasm for gastronomy, are enrolled at a Swiss hotel management school, or are interested in part-time studies.
