You don’t just want to carry out care, but also develop it professionally? In this role, you combine direct practice with care development, quality assurance, and evidence-based care.

Your future employer is an established institution for housing, care, and support for the elderly in the Bern region. Outpatient and inpatient services interlock and enable comprehensive support for older people.

For a larger site, a care expert 60–100 % is sought immediately or by arrangement. You will work about 50 % of your time directly in practice. This keeps you close to the residents and care teams and allows you to transfer insights from theory and care development directly into everyday life.

Here you can make a professional impact

• Take co-responsibility for high care quality and support care teams in complex care situations and case management
• Further develop evidence-based guidelines and concepts and participate in their implementation, evaluation, and updating
• Strengthen the theory-practice transfer through your work in direct care, case and practice discussions, as well as short training sessions
• Engage in quality assurance, conduct medical rounds, and take on projects to further develop care

What you bring with you

• Training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH, preferably supplemented by HöFa I, Master of Science in Nursing or APN
• Practical professional experience as well as interest in care development, evidence-based care, and continuous improvement of care quality
• Enjoyment in passing on your expertise while simultaneously contributing about 50 % of your time directly to the care of residents
• Very good German skills, good PC skills, and an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
