How to become part of our team
- Completed studies or further education at tertiary level in healthcare or related fields
- Knowledge in the analysis and evaluation of processes
- Experience in project management for the methodical support of the medical core business
- Interconnected, conceptual, organizational thinking and acting
- Independent work and high resilience
- Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with employees of all hierarchical levels in a hospital as well as with patients and their relatives
- Good knowledge of common software applications (e.g., MS Office 365)
