You commit yourself together with the medical core business to the implementation of official quality requirements. In doing so, you analyze interdisciplinary processes and plan the necessary steps in the team to optimize patient safety and the patient experience.
You accompany and support employees in change processes and lead projects. Your interconnected thinking and your knowledge of project and process management support you in the approach and processing.
Communication with patients as well as employees and supervisors of different hierarchical levels is part of your professional everyday life.

• Completed studies or further education at tertiary level in healthcare or related fields
• Knowledge in the analysis and evaluation of processes
• Experience in project management for the methodical support of the medical core business
• Interconnected, conceptual, organizational thinking and acting
• Independent work and high resilience
• Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with employees of all hierarchical levels in a hospital as well as with patients and their relatives
• Good knowledge of common software applications (e.g., MS Office 365)

• Extremely diverse range of tasks in collaboration with various professional groups
• Written and oral communication with patients
