Your tasks:

• As part of our business analysis team, you actively contribute to the further development of our digital systems and applications and help create stable, user-friendly solutions
• You work closely with the Senior Business Analyst and gradually take on responsibility for the operation, further development, and quality assurance of existing and new functions
• You analyse requirements, develop viable concepts, and accompany projects from the idea to successful implementation
• You optimise processes along our digital platforms and ensure that the B2B online shop, PIM, third-party platforms, CustomGPT, and SAP S/4HANA interfaces work together reliably
• You are a competent contact person for internal departments, key users, and external partners regarding functionality, processes, and operations
• You build a strong key user network, advise users in their daily work, and promote knowledge transfer within the organisation
