Job Description
Are you ready to actively shape the success story of our premium brand "freud" in the DACH region? We are looking for a committed, motivated, and independent individual who passionately implements our sales targets. In this role, you will strategically build the business in Switzerland and Austria, support the team in Germany, and work closely with the Bosch sales organisation to create synergies and strengthen our market position.
Your main tasks:
- You will build the "freud" sales in Switzerland in close collaboration with the Bosch organisation, accompany the system integration, and define the go-to-market strategy. In parallel, you will evaluate the business model for Austria and implement the market entry.
- As an expert on our products, you provide technical support for dealers, end users, and the internal sales team and conduct targeted training for local employees.
- You introduce new product segments, drive portfolio penetration, and implement central pricing strategies as well as the "freud" promotional calendar in the market.
- You act as a "freud" brand ambassador towards all stakeholders, gather market and competitor information, and communicate proactively with all interfaces to support business development and create added value.
- You ensure sustainable growth through structured dealer and user conversion.
- You work closely with the "freud" team in Germany on the GTM strategy for Germany and provide targeted support on topics such as product quality, delivery processes, user conversion, and marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Training in the wood processing industry (e.g. certified carpenter), supplemented by further training in sales and/or marketing
- Experience & Know-How: You bring more than 5 years of professional experience in both sales and marketing roles. You are very familiar with the applications served by "freud".
- Personality and working style: Committed, motivated, and independent personality with an entrepreneurial mindset. The ability to lead and motivate even without direct authority
- Willingness to travel: You have a high willingness to travel within Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.
- Languages: (Swiss) German, very good English
