Leadership and further development of the front office team at the Lausanne and Winterthur locations
Support of private customers as well as institutional borrowers throughout Switzerland
Management and further development of sales activities in close cooperation with internal and external sales partners
Active stakeholder management with internal and external interfaces, such as AXA Distribution, Risk/Compliance, and other stakeholders
Ensuring high service quality as well as efficient credit and approval processes
Promotion of a professional, performance-oriented, and motivating team culture
Participation in strategic initiatives (digitalization, process optimization)

Your Skills and Talents

Several years of professional experience in the mortgage and credit business in Switzerland
Proven leadership experience in a comparable role is an advantage
Sound knowledge of the Swiss mortgage market and relevant regulatory requirements
Strong customer orientation and experience in dealing with demanding private and corporate clients
Strong internal and external network in the market is an advantage
Fluent German and French skills (mandatory)
