For our location in Rain, we are looking for a personality who leads people clearly and appreciatively, takes responsibility, and wants to further develop our production as

Production Manager (m/f) 100%

You take overall responsibility for our production with five team leaders and 17 employees. You combine clear, appreciative leadership with technical understanding and a good overview. You create orientation in day-to-day business and jointly develop our processes further.

Specifically

You are present in the operation, listen, and address challenges openly. You strengthen the four team leaders in their leadership responsibilities and ensure clear, binding collaboration within production and with adjacent areas. You keep an eye on capacities and deadlines, recognise bottlenecks early, and set the necessary priorities. This ensures that our products are manufactured and delivered with high quality and on time. Our web-based ERP system APplus supports you in planning and control. You report directly to management and actively shape the development of our production.

Qualifications

• Completed technical apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), ideally with further training in leadership or production management
• Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing company
• You can technically guide, support, and develop employees
• You work practically, recognise relevant details, and ensure quality as well as timely delivery
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and experienced with ERP systems
