YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

As an engineer focusing on RAM/LCC topics, you will perform the following tasks for a dedicated system (for example, air conditioning at the vehicle level).

Analysis and optimization of the assigned system regarding failure modes, maintenance intervals and activities, and special tools at the system and vehicle level on topics of reliability, availability, and costs
Analysis and specification of maintenance requirements, such as minimum intervals or maximum maintenance efforts
Definition of the execution of as simple maintenance as possible (maintainability) of systems
Specification and negotiation of RAM requirements with the overall system responsible and with suppliers
Creation of maintenance plans based on supplier specifications and own analyses
Optimization of systems regarding CBM (Condition Based Monitoring) and Predictive Maintenance

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, transport systems, or similar
Enjoyment in analyzing and evaluating data with the drive to take the next step towards condition-based modeling and predictive maintenance
Reliable, flexible, and communicative personality with high social and professional competence
Experience with RAM/LCC relevant topics is an advantage
Know-how in methodologies such as FMEA or FTA is desirable
Very good German and English skills (level B2-C2)
