Your future field of responsibility

You independently manage your kitchen station – for example as Gardemanger, Entremetier, or Saucier – and ensure quality and a smooth process in daily business with a structured working style.
You prepare dishes carefully with fresh ingredients, rely on creative cooking techniques, and work with precision and attention to detail.
You consistently pay attention to taste, presentation, and compliance with all recipes and quality standards.
As a team player, you work closely with colleagues at other stations and support the Chef de Partie in operational implementation.
You take responsibility for orders and stock checks and actively contribute to the optimisation of workflows.
You work according to current HACCP guidelines and ensure a clean, hygienic workplace.

Your profile

Completed training in the kitchen and one to two years of professional experience
Passion for cooking, high product knowledge, and creativity
Structured working method, team spirit, and sense of responsibility
Willingness to work shifts and weekends
Good German skills – English is an advantage
