Head of Training for Practitioner Trainers (PraFo)

Field of activity
As the person responsible, you play a key role in supervising and continuously developing the training of PraFo. Your main tasks include:
Design and development: Develop, evolve and adapt the training system for practitioner trainers (PraFo).
Educational management: Manage and evaluate the content of training units. Ensure close coordination and ongoing support for the team of trainers.
Planning and organisation: Plan training sessions, as well as organise and lead key events in the curriculum (entry and graduation sessions).
Monitoring and validation: Manage the training pathway of participants and assume final responsibility for the validation of PraFo training.
Coordination with the field: Ensure the link with the internship team for the organisation and smooth running of field-CEDP meetings.
Administrative and financial management: Manage the budget allocated to PraFo training and coordinate administrative tasks with the support of the continuing education service.
Requirements
Completed teaching qualification (teaching diploma required), supplemented by higher education (Master’s degree or equivalent) in educational sciences, pedagogy, or a relevant field.
Proven experience in designing and managing adult training systems, ideally in practical training or supervision.
Demonstrated skills in project management, team coordination and budget management.
Excellent communication, facilitation and networking skills.
Organisational skills, autonomy and ability to link academic concepts with field realities.
Excellent command of French; good knowledge of German is an asset.
