Deputy Head of Cleaning / Maintenance 60 - 100%
In this versatile role, you will support the Head of Cleaning / Maintenance in all organisational and operational matters. You will take on responsibility as deputy during their absence and jointly ensure a smooth process.
Your Challenge
- Organising, planning, executing and controlling the cleaning (planning with Waveware/X-Clean)
- Creating and coordinating deployment and duty rosters
- Ensuring a smooth daily routine in close collaboration
- Leading, onboarding, training and motivating the cleaning team
- Ensuring and monitoring compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards
- Active participation in operational daily business
- Assisting in the optimisation of workflows and processes
- Responsibility for material management as well as maintenance and control of equipment and machines
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training or several years of professional experience in cleaning / maintenance in a similar role
- Trainer qualification or willingness to obtain it
- Quality-conscious, service-oriented leadership personality with assertiveness, communication skills and high social competence
- Communicative, critical thinking and creative personality with empathy and authenticity
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, Polypoint PEP and Senox X-Clean
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
