For our Swiss location in Regensdorf, we are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys working with numbers, has a structured approach to work, and is interested in developing further in both accounting and controlling. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take on responsibility in close collaboration with the Head of Finance and gradually become familiar with additional tasks in reporting and controlling.

Your Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting: You independently manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting for defined areas.
• Cash Management & Taxes: You take responsibility for account reconciliations, payment transactions, dunning processes, and VAT returns.
• Financial Closing: You participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and gradually take on your own closing areas.
• Reporting: You prepare evaluations, key figures, and reports for local management.
• Controlling: You support the financial management of the company through analyses of sales, margins, and costs, prepare actual vs. target comparisons, and gradually develop into an important contact person for budgeting and forecasting.
• ERP & Processes: You maintain master data in SAP and actively drive the optimisation of processes and workflows.
• Business Partnering: You develop into a central contact person for accounting and controlling topics within the Swiss organisation.

Your Profile

• Education: Commercial basic training with initial further education in finance and accounting.

A federal diploma in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification is an advantage.

• Experience: Initial professional experience in accounting, for example as a clerk in accounting.
• Languages: Fluent German and good English skills for communication within our global group.
• IT Skills: Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel). SAP knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Personality: You are a loyal team player with an exact working style, enjoy taking responsibility, and keep a cool head even in hectic times. You have an interest in business management contexts as well as controlling and reporting topics.
